Let's get Lancashire and South Cumbria talking about blood pressure.

We are aiming to measure 1000 blood pressures across the region and we need your help.

What can you do to help?

• Run a pop-up blood pressure checking station
• Health and wellbeing stalls with lifestyle advice and free resources on keeping blood pressure low
• Drop in events within your organisation for colleagues to attend
• Volunteer opportunities to support outreach and engagement with some of the VCFSE community members.
