Crisis and Resilience Telephone line for professionals

Citizens Advice Blackpool, with the support of Blackpool Council Crisis and Resilience Fund, have launched a new dedicated telephone line for professionals supporting clients.

The caller will receive a triage and support for issues around:

• Energy
• Debt
• Housing difficulties
• Welfare benefits
• Financial resilience

The service offers access to longer-term advice and casework to help address the underlying causes of financial hardship and support sustainable financial wellbeing.
