Being a Parent

These fantastic free sessions are run by friendly local parents.

The group lasts for 9 weeks (term time only).

Free childcare is available.

The sessions are suitable for parents of children 18 months to 11 years with priority given to parents with children under 5.

Topics covered include:

• Communicating with your child
• Understanding their behaviour
• Discipline strategies
• Listening skills
• Coping with stress
