Light Lounge
Description
The Light Lounge offers a welcoming and non-judgemental environment for individuals struggling socially and emotionally with life challenges or for those in a mental health crisis.
Here at The Light Lounge you will be supported by Way Through previously known as Richmond Fellowship crisis recovery workers who will assist you to identify your needs and offer one to one tailored interventions to best help you.
Here are examples of some of the support we offer:
- Anxiety management
- Stress management
- Safety and wellness recovery action planning
- Low mood/depression
- Suicidal ideation
- Emotional regulation
- Challenging negative thoughts
- Signposting to other services
Home Treatment Team (HTT)
Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust practitioners from the Fylde Coast HTT are working with The Light Lounge.
Practitioners are able to offer initial assessments to anyone who present as requiring immediate support from Secondary Mental Health services.
The HTT partnership with Way Through/Richmond Fellowship.
Opening Hours
Light Lounge Drop in sessions, Monday to Friday 4pm to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 10pm
Light Lounge Pre-booked appointments, Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday and Sunday 12noon to 4pm
