Manchester Airport: parents and carers with children on the autistic spectrum

Add to shortlist

Description

The airport understand the difficulties you may face when coming through the airport with a child on the Autistic Spectrum and they will do as much as possible to help you travel through quickly and easily.

To make it as stress free as possible for you and your child, you can now request a free wristband for your child to wear. This entitles yhe child wearing it, and all accompanying members of the party, to use the fast-track security lanes in each terminal.

Wristbands need to be requested at least one week before you plan to travel.

The Airport have also produced some videos and travel booklets aimed at  parents and carers with children on the Autistic Spectrum - use the link to the website.   NB These resources are terminal specific
