Description

Nordic Walking is a great fun and a social, safe outdoor form of exercise.  It burns 46% more calories than ordinary walking and uses 90% of your body's muscles.

We use poles to add benefit to walking which improves posture and increases your energy levels.  It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
