NHS - Fylde and Wyre- adult mental health

Adult Mental Health Fylde and Wyre SPA is provided by Lancashire Care NHS foundation Trust. The service accepts referrals from GP's, other health services and associated agencies, police and social services. People, families or carers can also self refer/refer.

All new referrals to the SPA are triaged by a mental health professional. The team provides Signposting, management advice, short term working and medical review. A member of the SPA will also provide a full mental health assessment where needed and escalate cases through the mental health urgent care pathway as required.
