N-Vision - Blackpool Fylde and Wyre Society for the Blind

N-Vision is a local independent charity providing services and support to anyone with reduced vision living in the area regardless of age or means. 

Those services include:

• The Princess Alexandra Residential Care Home – Residential and respite care and support for elderly and adults with learning disabilities
• Low Vision Centre – Support and information to anyone with reduced vision, their families, friends and carers
• Talking Newspaper Service – Variety of newspapers, magazines and information using modern digital equipment
• Transcription Service – A professional and cost effective digital transcription service
• Conference facilities – Two meeting rooms, both on one level, available to hire
• Charity Shops – Highfield Road, Blackpool and Victoria Rd West Cleveleys selling good quality clothing, furniture and bric-a-brac
• Sight Awareness Training – Provided by our team based in the Low Vision Centre
• Care Givers at Home -High quality specialist home support that encourages independence and wellbeing. We can offer cleaning, shopping, companionship , assistance with correspondence and gardening.
