Medequip

Following an assessment, equipment will be provided on loan to support Independent Living.
To access equipment, you will need to have an Occupational Therapy Assessment. You can ask your GP for a referral or to enquire or request an assessment, you can contact the Council’s Social Care Team.
Medequip can arrange a free collection, to recycle and help others in need if you are returning equipment you have already benefited from that has been loaned to you and that you no longer need.
