Trinity Hospice and Palliative Care place a great emphasis on supporting you, your carer and your family within our bereavement and counselling service.

The Linden Centre is here for you if you feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed by your illness.

We can also help if you're struggling to cope after the loss of your loved one through terminal illness.

We strive to provide a compassionate and comfortable environment that enables you to find the support you are looking for.

We arrange an initial telephone consultation where we explore your current situation, talk about how you are feeling and find out what kinds of support are available to you.

We offer group or individual support depending on what seems most appropriate to you.

All our counselling services are provided to you free of charge.

We have skilled and experienced therapists and cousellors.
