Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care

The Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) is suitable for learners working in a wide range of roles in health and adult care settings. The qualification develops knowledge, skills and competence therefore learners must be in paid or voluntary work to enable assessment to take place. This qualification is assessed through completion of a portfolio of evidence which will be assessed and internally quality assured by the centre. 

The content is applicable to a variety of roles, such as Senior adult care worker, Healthcare assistant/support worker, Personal assistant.

There are no specific entry requirements however learners should ideally have a minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent. The qualificattion is suitable for learners of 16 years of age and above.
