About us

We specialise in helping individuals secure employment or maintain their current job whilst living with a severe mental health condition.

If you are aged 16+ we can offer personalised support.

Upon referral, you will be paired with a one to one Employment Specialist who will work with you to find the right job for you. We collaborate with mental health teams across Lancashire and South Cumbria (including Blackpool and Blackburn) to ensure your mental health needs are addressed as you transition into the workforce.

We accept self referrals or professional referrals with the clients consent.
