Description
We are a resident-led partnership aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and the community as a whole.
We do this by connecting all aspects of the community for advice on which groups, projects and events are available in Fleetwood and to support ideas setting up new activities.
Our long-term aim is to enable individuals to grow in self-confidence and the community to take more control over the decisions that affect their quality of life.
We encourage and welcome more Fleetwood residents to get involved and make a difference.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 11.00am to 3.00pm.
