Great Minds Together

Great Minds Together take a child centred approach in offering services to families in the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre area with SEND and SEMH needs. Our ‘Families in Crisis Support’ division provide emotional support to families and help them to have an increased understanding of the system, and our multidisciplinary team help integrate services together to ensure the best outcome for the child.

We work with schools, families and Local Authorities to tailor bespoke Intervention packages based on the individual needs of the child or young person. Working on a 'child first, funding later' basis to ensure that the children are always at the centre of what we do.
