Getting back into employment can be a vital part of a recovery journey.

If you access mental health support within primary care in the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, the IPS Employment Support Team will help you find the right job for you by discussing your preferences and interests.

If you want to start looking for a job, we can help.

We offer:

• 1-1 support to suit your needs and employment goals
• Help with creating a CV, cover letters and interview preparation
• Individualised job search to find the job you want
• Advice on benefits to help decide if a job is right for you
• In-work support once you start a job

We will also refer into support agencies to wrap around any appropriate support for mental health, housing, benefits, debt advice, drug and alcohol recovery services and basic skills as well as sector based training.
