The Digital Helpline is for all members of the public.

The Helpline has been created in Partnership with Lloyds Bank and Blackpool Pride of Place.

About our service

One of the Digital Helpline colleagues will provide you with in-the-moment support or offer you further 1-2-1 digital support.

The Digital Helpline is a free, dedicated service, offering 1-2-1 help with your online needs.

They will help you with:

  • Confidence banking online
  • Set up online banking
  • Set up mobile banking
  • Support with a banking service for example standing orders
  • Online food shoping
  • NHS and Government websites
  • Booking a GP appointment

They will chat through the kinds of task you want to complete and set up the right level of support to help you.

They have access to British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters, so if you have a hearing impairment, they can book you a BSL session using their SignVideo service.

To use this service you need to:

  • Be aged over 18
  • Live in the UK
