Description

Complementary Therapy is primarily used to reduce stress and anxiety in patients suffering from cancer. A 1:1  holistic assessment is carried out to ascertain what kind of treatment is preferred and appropriate for each patient which may involve aromatherapy, reflexology, breathing techniques/visualisation. Complementary therapies can be instrumental in reducing anxiety and encouraging a positive outlook and feeling of well being. Gentle massage can also help the patient relax , which eases the physical pain of their illness.
