Children and Young Persons Learning Disability Team

The Children and Young Persons Learning Disability Team is made up of different healthcare professionals who provide assessment, support and give advice.

We can support children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities up to the age of 18 as well their parents and other carers. This support can be on a variety of physical, emotional, and behavioural health issues.

We exist to support children and young people with learning disabilities to achieve positive outcomes, gain meaningful connections with others and prepare them for adulthood by promoting independence.

We strive to create fair and accessible support for every child and young person with a Learning Disability.
