Carers Emergency Card

The Carers Emergency Card is an instant source of identification in case of accidents or sudden illness.

The service operated by Vitaline is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Carers can register on the scheme by completing an enrolment form that holds information about the carer, the person they care for and any action that needs to be taken in the event of an emergency.
