About us
We are a community powered membership scheme from the Volunteer Centre Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde where donated or sponsored items are loaned to our members for a small fee.
Our membership scheme is run by the community for the community.
How it works
We receive donations from the community or sponsored new items from businesses/organisations to form an inventory of items that members can borrow.
All items donated receive a PAT and practical test to ensure they are in full working condition and are safe to use.
Items are then placed on our website where members can browse and book to borrow.
Please note, you must purchase a membership before you start borrowing with us and any items need to be ordered at least 48 hours prior to pick up.
When an item is ordered a list of collection days will be offered along with where the item is to be collected from.
Once the date is selected our team will ensure the item is clean, checked and in full working order ready for you to collect.
