Blackpool Carers Centre Hospital Project

This service provides support to carers of people who are currently a patient in hospital or who are regularly receiving hospital treatment. We provide one to one emotional support, practical support and ensure the carer is able to maintain their caring role and is equipped with relevant knowledge and fully supported to continue in their caring role.

This service is available to Young Carers from age five and Adult Carers. We aim to take an holistic approach and support the family as a whole. Our main support is to Blackpool Carers but we can signpost to other services for Fylde and Wyre Carers.

Staff can refer or carers can refer themselves into the service.
