Age UK Lancashire - Digital Inclusion Service

Age UK Lancashire provides a broad range of Digital Support for people aged 18+ including:

• Help to get online for the first time
• Keep safe online
• Learn to use apps that help keep them connected with family and friends
• How to use online banking
• How to use NHS apps to help with appointment booking and ordering prescriptions
• Assist with free SIM cards or potentially loan devices 

We can also help individuals to manage long term health conditions through the use of technology and dedicated apps as well as preparation for recovery from surgery (this support is provided at their home).
