Short breaks consultation

The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Team at Blackpool Council would like to hear your ideas and opinions about how we can improve our support to you.

Please take a look at our online questionnaire https://www.blackpool.gov.uk/ShortBreaksJuly2020Survey

The questionnaire will ask you to tell us about the activities and clubs your child has used over the past year and will give you the chance to tell us what you think would help you and your family in the future. It shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is essential in helping us to plan for the future SEND services on offer in Blackpool.

If you are young person, your online questionnaire is

We are also hoping to have more detailed discussions (virtually - either video calls or over the phone) with those of you who would like to share your experiences and ideas in more detail. If you would be interested in finding out more about this, or would like to ask any questions about the questionnaire please contact Jenny Ingle at jenny.ingle@blackpool.gov.uk

If you have any questions or concerns about you and your child’s individual circumstances please direct questions to the council’s SEND team at send@blackpool.gov.uk
