Our Partnership Board:promotes the interests of people with learning disabilities involves people with a learning disability and their families, makes sure that all people with learning disabilities have the same choices, makes sure that Government recommendations are carried out. www.valuingpeoplenow.dh.gov.uk. Valuing People Now. works with partners to improve things for people with learning disabilities and provides good information to plan services and make them better. The Partnership Board Bi-monthly meetings exists to listen to people with learning disabilities their supporters family carers and professionals to improve the lives and services of people with learning disabilities.
The Partnership Board links to key partners like Lancashire County Council the Health Service the Police Lancashire Fire and Rescue education housing and others.
