Guy's Court Residential and Nursing Home have a wide range of opportunities to suit volunteers' availability, skills and interests. Our volunteers are a wonderful asset to our team and residents, whether they are simply popping in for a friendly chat or helping our residents to learn something new, the role they play is so important to us.

Guys Court is a part of Sanctuary Care.
Sanctuary Care was established in 1995 to provide older people with high quality nursing and residential care. Its income is re-invested into the business which allows it to provide residents with excellent standards of care from well managed and maintained homes.
With over 100 warm and welcoming homes across England and Scotland, staff provide a range of personalized long and short-term care including residential, dementia, nursing, intermediate and palliative care.

There are no specific skills or qualifications required. We welcome anyone who is kind, caring, interested in other cultures and reliable. All of our volunteers will:
- Receive an induction before they start.
- Have reasonable travel expenses reimbursed.
- Be supported by our staff and receive on-going training
