Paediatric Continence Service

The Paediatric continence team works with children and young people (aged 0 to 16) who have trouble with weeing and pooing. The team can help you to understand when is the right time to go to the toilet and steps you can take to help prevent soiling and wetting and ways to help you ‘go’ when you can’t.

The NHS Children's services have created and maintain a website with all of the up to date details for all of their services.

Please see the Paediatric Continence Service's web site for further details, including:

  • Location
  • Availability
  • How to get help
  • Contact details

The Paediatric continence team is part of Children’s Services provided by Blackpool Teaching Hospitals. Please see their websites for more information about the Health services that are available.
