B.C. Lettings

Housing Options Private Sector Lettings Service

There are many good quality, affordable properties in Blackpool that will make a good home. However for some people finding a deposit is the only thing that stops them renting privately. This is where our service can help as we can pay 50% of the deposit and underwrite the remaining 50% for 12 months at the commencement of the tenancy against damage.  In addition we have an agreement with Housing Benefit that the first payment will be paid direct to the landlord approximately 4 weeks after tenancy start date, in accordance with housing benefit guidance.

Depending on individual circumstances we may only be able to underwrite a bond up to the value of 4 weeks rent.
