Support is included as standard practice, when required, for parents/carers and families when Adaptable Support Ltd support or care for your loved ones.

Young Adults, Adults and Elderly

Support for adults with physical disabilities, sensory loss, including dual diagnosis, mental health and learning disabilities.

Support to empower clients to monitor their own health & well-being

Support with prompting, monitoring and administering medication (Non-invasive routes only)

Personal Care tasks such as dressing, undressing, bathing, showering, washing, shaving, oral hygiene and toilet and continence requirements

Support with nutrition and fluid intake. For example, meal planning and support to develop cooking skills.

Palliative Care

Light domestic and home help services

Support to access appointments and work alongside specialists such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists

Support to access local groups and services and promote community presence

Support to develop life, domestic and social skills

Support to establish and maintain personal safety and security

Risk Assessment and liason with specialist services for the access to aids and adaptations

Local Transport and escort for shopping, errands and visits

Support to access religious and cultural groups and activities.
