Nordic Walking Wyre

Nordic Walking is a great fun and a social, safe outdoor form of exercise.  It burns 46% more calories than ordinary walking and uses 90% of your body's muscles.

We use poles to add benefit to walking which improves posture and increases your energy levels.  It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

FREE taster sessions are available

We have regular local walks in Cleveleys and Stanah and also longer walks further afield on Sundays.
